Pablo Lescano and his 'Dama$ Grati$' are the most representative band of the argentine genre 'cumbia villera'. A super popular style that surged in the earlys 2000's influenced by the mexican sonidero and colombian cumbia that's originally about life in the 'villa' (slum) but can be really about anything.
